2 Wood by DSQUARED2, launched in 2021 and crafted by perfumer Olivier Cresp, is a composition that marries freshness with depth. The fragrance opens with bright citrus notes from lemon and citron, which cut through the air like a fresh breeze on a crisp morning. This brightness transitions into a heart of pink pepper, adding a subtle spiciness that contrasts beautifully with the earthy undertones provided by haitian vetiver, cedar, and cypress. The base of silver fir, musk, and amber rounds out the scent, creating a woody warmth that lingers on the skin.
