Supremacy in Oud by Afnan, launched in 2021 and crafted by perfumer Imran Fazlani, is a bold statement in the world of aromatic spicy fragrances. The composition opens with saffron and nutmeg, creating an immediate warmth that sets the tone for what's to come. At its heart lies agarwood (oud), which anchors the fragrance with its rich, woody depth. This is complemented by patchouli and sweet notes, adding complexity and a touch of sweetness. The metallic undertones and musky base further enhance the overall warmth and sophistication.
Apply this fragrance sparingly to let the rich base notes develop over time. The metallic undertones can be quite noticeable initially, so one or two sprays are usually enough to capture its essence without overpowering. Best suited for evenings or formal occasions where a sophisticated aroma is desired.
