Al Andalus by Moresque, launched in 2015 and crafted by perfumer Andrea (Thero) Casotti, is an evocative blend of fresh and warm spices, leather, wood, and smoky oud. The opening notes of ginger and black pepper create a spicy tension that is both invigorating and complex, while saffron adds a touch of luxury. As the fragrance evolves, agarwood (oud) and tolu balsam bring depth and warmth, anchored by birch, French labdanum, vetiver, and smoky accords. This composition captures the essence of Al Andalus — the medieval Islamic territory on the Iberian Peninsula — with its rich history and cultural heritage.

Application Tips
Apply two sprays to your pulse points. The spicy opening is intense but fades after an hour, giving way to a rich base of oud and woody notes that stay close to the skin. Ideal for evening wear when you want a warm, enveloping scent.
