Almaz by Kajal, created by perfumer Rania Jouaneh in 2022, is a unisex fragrance that captures the essence of fruity sweetness and aromatic depth. It opens with a vibrant burst of Calabrian bergamot and Amalfi lemon, followed by black currant and raspberry, creating an invitingly fresh yet indulgent aroma. The heart unfolds with heliotrope and Turkish rose, adding a soft floral touch that balances the fruitiness. At its base, Madagascar vanilla and tonka bean mingle with sandalwood and amber, offering a warm and powdery finish.

Application Tips
Almaz is best applied with two sprays to allow its top notes to bloom before settling into their warm base. It pairs well for daytime wear but can also be layered for a more pronounced effect at night. The fruity sweetness projects strongly initially, so keep it light if you prefer a subtle scent.

Rania Jouaneh was born in Jordan, the great-granddaughter of a Middle Eastern spice trader, and moved with her family through Morocco before settling in France. After working in business management and tourism, she trained in perfumery at Cinquième Sens in Paris in her late thirties, gaining recognition for her fragrance Ambre Loup in 2012 and going on to found the niche brand Rania J.
