Azurée D’Or by Estée Lauder was launched in 2017 and is crafted by perfumer Honorine Blanc-Hattab. This Oriental Floral fragrance blends an aromatic opening with a warm, earthy base, making it a composition that transitions gracefully from day to night. Saffron and plum introduce an unexpected depth of warmth, while pink pepper adds a subtle spice that cuts through the sweetness of the florals. Clary sage and galbanum lend a green freshness, balancing the richness of rose and jasmine. Honorine Blanc was born in Lebanon and moved to Paris at 16. She earned a Master's in math and chemistry before studying at ISIPCA, then interned at IFF and worked at Fragrance Resources before joining Firmenich in 2005, where she was mentored by Sophia Grojsman in New York. Her fragrances include Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Noir, Estée Lauder Amber Mystique, and Diesel Loverdose (with Olivier Cresp).
