Baaqa by Ajmal, crafted by perfumer Nazir Ajmal, is an Oriental fragrance that embodies the rich and complex heritage of its Middle Eastern roots. The composition opens with saffron and mandarin orange, bringing a warm and spicy brightness to the forefront. This gives way to a heart of jasmine and floral notes, which are then enveloped in a base of agarwood (oud), sandalwood, amber, and musk. The inclusion of metallic and white floral accords adds an unexpected layer of depth and sophistication.
