Launched in 2016 by Jusbox, Beat Cafe is an Oriental Woody fragrance created by perfumer Claire Liégent. The composition opens with the warmth of cognac and black pepper, leading to a heart of tobacco and leather that reads as both familiar and intimate. Labdanum, cedar, benzoin, and vetiver anchor the base, creating a warm and spicy backdrop that feels like the perfect blend of comfort and intrigue.

Claire Liégent was born in the Champagne region and grew up in her father's restaurant, developing an early sensitivity to scent. She trained at ISIPCA from 2007 and apprenticed at Symrise, then worked at IFF and IFF-LMR in Grasse before moving to Takasago, where she has created fragrances for Giorgio Armani, Lancôme, and Yves Saint Laurent, including YSL Y. In 2012 she co-founded the Parisian niche boutique Nose.
