Launched in 2005 by Hugo Boss and crafted by perfumer Ursula Wandel, Boss Soul is a bold interpretation of the Oriental Spicy genre. The fragrance opens with a vibrant interplay between cardamom, pepper, anise, mandarin orange, and bergamot, creating a fresh yet spicy aroma that sets the stage for its more complex heart notes. Lavender, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coriander add depth and warmth, while vanilla, tonka bean, amber, vetiver, and musk anchor the composition with a rich, sensual base.
