Burberry Brit, launched in 2003 by perfumer Natalie Gracia-Cetto, marked a significant shift for the luxury British brand. Moving away from purely floral compositions, this fragrance introduced a gourmand-tinged femininity with notes of vanilla, amber, and tonka bean, aiming to capture the essence of 'trench coat with jeans' — youthful yet polished. The composition opens with bright citrus and pear, leading into a heart of peony and candied almond before settling into a warm base of vanilla and mahogany, creating an inviting and balanced scent.

Application Tips
One spray is enough to capture the essence of this fragrance. The citrus top notes are bright but fleeting, while the vanilla and tonka bean base notes linger beautifully on the skin throughout the day. It’s best suited for daytime wear when you want a warm, inviting scent that doesn’t overpower.
