Launched in 2012 by Robert Piguet and composed by Aurélien Guichard, Chai is a fragrance that blends the vibrant freshness of bergamot leaf with the warm, soothing notes of white tea and beeswax. The composition opens with a bright, zesty top note from bergamot leaf, which quickly gives way to the gentle sweetness of white tea. Beeswax adds a subtle honeyed warmth, while mate and oak in the base provide a grounding touch of earthy spice. This distinctive blend is part of Robert Piguet's "Pacific Collection," inspired by symbolic plants of China.
