Launched in 2011 by Olfactive Studio, Chambre Noire is a Leather fragrance created by perfumer Dorothée Piot. The composition opens with the sharp tang of pink pepper and plum, leading into a heart of incense, violet, papyrus, and jasmine. This sets the stage for a base of leather, sandalwood, patchouli, vanilla, and musk that reads as smoky, powdery, and warm-spicy. The fragrance is inspired by a photograph taken in Cairo, capturing a moment between intensity and mystery. Chambre Noire embodies this duality with its blend of modern art photography and perfumery.

Application Tips
