Chypre Shot by Olfactive Studio, launched in 2018 and masterminded by Bertrand Duchaufour, is a composition that balances warmth with earthy depth. The fragrance opens with cardamom and saffron, creating an immediate sense of fresh spice that cuts through the air like a sharp knife. As it evolves, bergamot and coffee offer an aromatic richness, while black pepper and black tea add a pungent edge. This complexity is further enhanced by peony's floral softness and amber’s enveloping warmth, all anchored by oakmoss, patchouli, and labdanum, which ground the scent in its earthy, woody essence.
