Juliette Karagueuzoglou is a perfumer whose earliest scent memories include her parents' house and the smell of asphalt after rain, deciding at thirteen to pursue perfumery as a career. She earned a BA in Chemistry, trained at ISIPCA, and joined the IFF Perfume School in Grasse and New York in 2006, having started at Expressions Parfumées before joining IFF in 2002 and rising to Junior Perfumer of Fine Fragrances in Paris by 2007; she won the Fashion Group International Rising Star Award in 2010. Her work spans Yves Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Giorgio Armani, including YSL L'Homme and Ferragamo Signorina, and her collaboration with Memo Paris explored woody essences built around a sandalwood-centered concept.
