Launched in 2020 by L'Artisan Parfumeur, Couleur Vanille is an Oriental Floral fragrance created by perfumer Alienor Massenet. The composition opens with a striking contrast between the bright, zesty Bergamot and the salty marine notes of Sea Salt, creating a fresh yet unexpected opening. This evolves into a heart of Freesia and Immortelle, which add a floral softness that balances the spiciness of Cashmirwood and Vanilla Orchid. The base is rich with Madagascar Vanilla, Tolu Balsam, Benzoin, and Musk, resulting in a warm, powdery finish.

Couleur Vanille is a parfum concentration, so it blooms slowly on the skin. One or two sprays are enough to capture its full depth — the marine notes dissipate within an hour but the warm base notes last for hours. This fragrance is best enjoyed close to the skin rather than across a room.
