Launched in 2015 by Alienor Massenet for Davidoff, Agar Blend is a sophisticated interplay of warm spices and woody accords. The fragrance opens with the sharp bite of cinnamon and cloves, tempered by a subtle undercurrent of black pepper. This spicy top note gives way to a rich heart of agarwood (oud), which anchors the composition in its luxurious warmth. Benzoin adds an earthy sweetness that rounds out the oud’s intensity, while guaiac wood provides a robust, leathery texture.
