Downtown Deja-Vu by Day Three, launched in 2023, is a composition that balances the familiar with the unexpected. The fragrance opens with a bright bouquet of apple and red fruits, cut through with the warmth of cinnamon and citruses. At its heart, rose and iris create a floral blend that transitions into powdery musk and suede, offering an intimate warmth. This blend is neither wholly modern nor entirely vintage — it’s a scent caught between two ideas, reminiscent yet fresh.
One or two sprays are sufficient as Downtown Deja-Vu has a moderate longevity and sillage. The spicy top notes dissipate quickly but leave room for the warm musky base to take center stage. This fragrance is best enjoyed in an intimate setting where it can be appreciated close up, rather than across a large space.
