The story behind the bottle.
DIME Beauty's Dans Les Bois is a scent that evokes the warmth and depth of a forest at dusk. The composition opens with the fresh, aromatic notes of balsam fir and saffron, creating an initial sense of crispness and brightness. This freshness gives way to a heart of almond and night-blooming jasmine, which adds a soft floral sweetness. As it settles into its woody base notes of cedar and moss, the fragrance takes on a warm, spicy character, anchored by rich amber and musky accords that evoke the earthy richness of the forest floor.
Given its moderate longevity and sillage, apply this fragrance in layers for a more pronounced effect. Start with one spray to allow it to develop naturally throughout the day, adding another layer after an hour if you want a stronger presence. It reads best close to skin rather than filling a room.
