François Demachy is the in-house perfumer-creator at Christian Dior, a title that places him among the most influential noses in the world. Born in Cannes and raised in Grasse — the historic capital of perfumery — he carries the craft in his blood. Before joining Dior in 2006, he spent two decades at Chanel.
