The Quick Read
Respected, if divisive — a floral, sponsored composition with a woody undertone. Voted best for spring and fall wear — and genuinely unisex.

Launched in 2015 by Lalique and crafted by perfumer Karine Dubreuil-Sereni, Electrum is a unisex Oriental Woody fragrance that marries the freshness of citrus with the warmth of white florals. The composition opens with a bright blend of bergamot and pear, creating an immediate sense of lightness and vitality. As it settles, jasmine and rose come into focus, adding depth and complexity to the floral heart. The base notes of sandalwood, patchouli, and Haitian vetiver ground the fragrance, offering earthy warmth that evolves gracefully throughout the day.

Application Tips
Apply Electrum with two sprays — the citrus top notes are bright but fleeting. The base notes develop over time, so it's best to let them bloom close to skin rather than projecting across the room. Ideal for a day-to-evening transition, as the scent evolves from fresh and vibrant to warm and enveloping.
