Launched in 2020, Eros Eau de Parfum by Versace is an Oriental Woody fragrance that combines the freshness of citrus and mint with the warmth of vanilla and woody accords. The composition opens with a vibrant blend of lemon, mandarin orange, and candy apple, which quickly gives way to more complex notes like ambroxan, geranium, and clary sage. As it settles into its base, the fragrance reveals layers of vanilla, cedar, sandalwood, patchouli, and leather. The broader Eros line, first launched in 2012, became one of the most-cloned modern masculine fragrances, spawning a large market of budget dupes built around its mint-tonka-ambroxan profile.
