Launched in 2014 by Van Cleef & Arpels, First Edition Or was crafted by perfumer Natalie Gracia-Cetto to blend the freshness of citrus with the sweetness of fruity and floral notes. The composition opens with a bright burst of bergamot and raspberry before transitioning into a heart of jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, and rose. These floral accords are enveloped in a warm base of white musk, vanilla, and woods, creating a harmonious blend that is both uplifting and comforting.
