The Story

Flor de la Virgen, launched by Boy Smells in 2021 and crafted by perfumer Gil Clavien, is a floral fragrance that balances freshness with warmth. The composition opens with the bright zest of pomelo and lemon, complemented by the green notes of fig leaf and ivy. These top notes give way to a heart of jasmine and saffron, adding depth and an almost honey-like sweetness. The base notes of musk, olibanum, labdanum, and ambroxan create a warm, enveloping finish that feels both modern and lasting.

Application Tips

This fragrance blooms best when applied to pulse points. The top notes are vibrant but fleeting, so layering it over a light moisturizer can help extend their presence. The musky base develops slowly, making it ideal for daytime wear.
