Launched in 2023 by Amouage, Guidance is a Floral Fruity fragrance created by perfumer Quentin Bisch. This composition is praised for its distinctive blend of pear, rose, and hazelnut with frankincense, achieving an unusually airy, luminescent effect from typically heavy ingredients. The scent opens with a bright pear note that contrasts beautifully with the warm, spicy undertones of olibanum (frankincense) and saffron. As it evolves, the heart notes of osmanthus and jasmine sambac add a soft floral touch before settling into a base of sandalwood, vanilla, and ambergris, creating a rich yet delicate warmth.

How It Wears
Application Tips
Guidance has a very strong performance with 25% perfume oil concentration. It's best applied as two sprays to ensure longevity, which can last from 8 to over 16 hours. The fragrance reads better close to skin rather than across the room, so aim for pulse points and let it settle before heading out.
