Jaguar Classic Black by Jaguar is a Oriental Fougere fragrance for men. Jaguar Classic Black was launched in 2009. The nose behind this fragrance is Dominique Preyssas. Top notes are Granny Smith apple, Bitter Orange and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Tea, Sea water, Geranium, Nutmeg and Cardamom; base notes are White Musk, Virginia Cedar, Sandalwood, Tonka Bean, Vetiver and oak moss. Jaguar Classic Black is introduced in 2009 as a limited fougere oriental of classical compositions and elegant style. It opens with refreshing top notes of mandarin, bitter orange and green apples. Cardamom, black tea, geranium and musk are in the heart, surrounded by refreshing marine tones. The base is made of sandalwood, cedar, moss, tonka, vetiver and musk. Dominique Preyssas is the nose behind the composition. Available as 100 ml EDT.

Dominique Preyssas is a fine-fragrance perfumer who left a scientific path after his chemistry degree to study for three more years at ISIPCA, then trained at the Roure Bertrand Dupont Perfumery School and worked at Mane Fils and Takasago before joining CPL Aromas in 2003. An active member of the Société Française des Parfumeurs, he is known for his enthusiasm for the new generation of amber molecules such as ambrocenide and norlimbanol dextro, which he uses widely in niche fragrance for both men and women.
