Julie Pluchet is a French perfumer raised in the French countryside in a family passionate about nature, who decided on perfumery after watching the film Fanfan. She graduated with a Master of Chemistry in 2003 and began working at Mane as a chemist in Grasse, later attending the Grasse Institute of Perfumery and training under perfumers Max Gavarry and Isabelle Burdel. After five years as a perfumer in Paris, she moved to the UK in 2012 and has been part of CPL Aromas UK since 2014, drawing parallels between her lifelong passion for flamenco dancing and her approach to composition.
