Thierry Wasser is the in-house perfumer at Guerlain — a title that makes him the custodian of one of perfumery's most storied legacies. Taking the creative helm in 2008, he became the first non-Guerlain family member to hold this position in nearly two centuries. Born in Strasbourg and raised in Switzerland, Wasser brings a watchmaker's precision to his work. He has created La Petite Robe Noire, Mon Guerlain, and the ongoing L'Art & La Matière collection, while also maintaining and reinterpreting the house's legendary classics like Shalimar and Mitsouko.
