L'Eau de L'Eau, launched by Diptyque in 2008 and crafted by perfumer Olivier Pescheux, is an aromatic composition that blends fresh citrus notes with warm spices. The fragrance opens with a bright burst of lemon, green mandarin, and grapefruit, which gives way to the heart notes of petitgrain, cloves, ginger, and cinnamon. Lavender and geranium add an herbal complexity before settling into a base of amber, orange blossom, pimento, benzoin, patchouli, and tonka bean. This interplay between freshness and warmth creates a dynamic scent that is both invigorating and comforting.

Application Tips
Apply L'Eau de L'Eau with two sprays to ensure that both the citrus top notes and the warm spicy base are well-balanced. The fragrance blooms over an hour, so it's best to apply it before you need it to reach its full character.
