Launched in 2015 by Miller Harris, La Fumée Alexandrie is crafted by Lyn Harris and Mathieu Nardin. This fragrance opens with a bright burst of Italian mandarin and litchi, creating an unexpected freshness that contrasts sharply against the smoky heart notes of Turkish rose, incense, and agarwood (oud). The base layers in birch, sandalwood, and amber to create a warm, leathery depth. This composition feels like an exploration of contradiction — crisp and spicy at first, then rich and enveloping.
