Launched in 2012, La Nuit de l'Homme Frozen Cologne by Yves Saint Laurent is a Woody Spicy fragrance created by Dominique Ropion and Claire Liégent. The composition opens with the bright freshness of bergamot, mandarin orange, and Amalfi lemon, before transitioning to an aromatic heart of geranium and black pepper. This gives way to a warm and enveloping base of tonka bean, cashmere wood, Virginia cedar, vetiver, and vanilla, creating a scent that is both crisp and inviting.

Claire Liégent was born in the Champagne region and grew up in her father's restaurant, developing an early sensitivity to scent. She trained at ISIPCA from 2007 and apprenticed at Symrise, then worked at IFF and IFF-LMR in Grasse before moving to Takasago, where she has created fragrances for Giorgio Armani, Lancôme, and Yves Saint Laurent, including YSL Y. In 2012 she co-founded the Parisian niche boutique Nose.
