Lady Million, launched by Rabanne in 2010 and crafted by perfumers Anne Flipo, Beatrice Piquet, Dominique Ropion, and Bruno Jovanovic, is a Floral Fruity fragrance that has divided collectors. The composition opens with raspberry and Amalfi lemon, before moving into a heart of jasmine, gardenia, and African orange flower. A warm base of white honey, patchouli, and amber rounds out the scent, creating an opulent yet accessible profile.
Its iconic gold 'diamond' bottle is equally contentious: seen by some as a bold design statement and by others as a tacky embellishment with its plastic cap. Despite this, Lady Million remains commercially dominant, though it has also been criticized by fragrance enthusiasts for being overexposed and generic.
