Launched in 2017 by perfumer Olivier Cresp, Light Blue Eau Intense is a flanker to the immensely popular original Light Blue fragrance from Dolce&Gabbana. This version offers a more concentrated take on the same citrus-floral-musk profile, with lemon and Granny Smith apple leading into jasmine and marigold before settling into a musky base of amberwood. It has become divisive in its dry-down: while many wearers praise it for its clean, salty-musky summer character, others find the amberwood reminiscent of wet dog.
