Lune d'Issey by Issey Miyake was launched in 2001 and immediately captured the essence of its namesake — the moon. It opens with a bright floral bouquet of mimosa, osmanthus, and peony, creating an initial freshness that feels like a cool night breeze. As the fragrance settles, it reveals a heart of rose and heliotrope, which adds warmth and depth. The base notes of musk and star anise lend a powdery, slightly spicy finish that lingers softly on the skin. This composition is both delicate and enduring, much like the moon's phases.

Apply Lune d'Issey to pulse points for a subtle yet lasting effect. The freshness of the top notes fades quickly, giving way to its warm and powdery heart and base notes that continue to evolve throughout the day.
