The story behind the bottle.
Daisy Shine Red by Marc Jacobs, launched in 2016 and crafted by perfumer Alberto Morillas, is a vibrant and dynamic fragrance that blends fruity, sweet, and citrus accords with ozonic and woody elements. The composition opens with wild strawberry and blood grapefruit, creating an initial burst of freshness and sweetness. This bright beginning leads into a heart of violet leaf, gardenia, and jasmine, adding depth and floral complexity. The base notes of vanilla, musk, and white wood provide warmth and a lingering powdery finish.
Apply two sprays for a balanced experience. The initial fruity and citrus notes are bright but fade within an hour, so it's best to reapply if you want them to last longer. The powdery base notes continue to develop throughout the day.
