Launched in 2023 by Michael Malul London, Edgewater is a fragrance that marries fresh and warm accords with an aromatic twist. Perfumer Richard Herpin crafted this scent around peppermint and apple for a crisp opening, which transitions into the heart notes of black pepper, cardamom, and cinnamon. The base layers of sandalwood, cedar, tobacco, vanilla, and tonka bean add depth and warmth, creating a dynamic composition that evolves throughout the day.
For best effect, apply Edgewater in light layers — its fresh top notes are fleeting but impactful. Allow it to develop for about 30 minutes before reapplying if needed; this will ensure you capture both the refreshing opening and the warm base.
