Crafted by Alberto Morillas and launched in 2023, Palissandre Night by Mizensir is an Oriental Woody fragrance that balances warm spiciness with earthy musk. The composition opens with nutmeg and elemi before transitioning into a heart of guaiac wood and cypriol oil, which adds a balsamic depth. The base notes of labdanum, dreamwood, sandalwood, and patchouli create a rich, enveloping warmth that feels both comforting and slightly mysterious.
Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points. The balsamic notes in the heart will take center stage initially but allow time for the deeper woody base to bloom over an hour. This fragrance reads best close to skin, making it perfect for cooler evenings.
