The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2018 by Moschino, Toy 2 is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance created by Alberto Morillas and Fabrice Pellegrin. The composition opens with bright, fruity notes of apple and mandarin orange, which blend seamlessly into the floral heart of magnolia, white currant, peony, and jasmine. A musky base of sandalwood and amberwood provides a warm, powdery finish. Enthusiasts are divided: some praise it as a fun, effervescent summer scent, while others dismiss it as a generic 'clean laundry' fragrance with weak longevity and presence. This dichotomy is reflected in its quirky Moschino toy-bear bottle, which often draws more attention than the juice itself.
Toy 2 is best applied in layers; the fruity and citrus top notes dissipate quickly, so a second application after an hour can help maintain its freshness. The musky base notes are more lasting but subtle, making this fragrance perfect for daytime wear.
