Launched in 2014 by Une Nuit Nomade, Mr. Vetiver is an aromatic fougère fragrance that balances freshness with warmth. Created by perfumer Amélie Bourgeois, the composition opens with a vibrant blend of cardamom, tarragon, and lime before transitioning to a heart of basil, grapefruit, and geranium. The base notes of vetiver, red chilli pepper, amberwood, and oakmoss ground the scent in earthy, spicy tones that evoke a sense of grounded sophistication.

Mr. Vetiver is best applied in two sprays — one for the opening freshness and another to bring out the base notes over time. The spicy and woody elements are particularly noticeable close to skin, so it reads better when worn closer rather than diffused through a room.
