Launched in 2022, Note Vanillée by M. Micallef is a creation by perfumer Jean-Claude Astier that balances the warmth of vanilla with an unexpected twist of rum and citrus. The fragrance opens with mandarin orange and citruses, adding a bright freshness before settling into rich notes of jasmine, vanilla, and amber. The base layers of sandalwood and warm spices create a comforting cocoon, making it a scent that feels both familiar and surprising.
