Musk

Sandalwood

Cécile Matton
Founding perfumer · 41 fragrances
Cécile Matton is a senior perfumer at Mane who previously worked with IFF and Givaudan. Raised in Africa, where the heat intensified the scents around her, she began mixing fragrances as a teenager using essences from Pier Import shops in France before pursuing perfumery professionally. Her portfolio includes YSL Baby Doll, Valentino Gold, and Viktor & Rolf Bonbon, alongside Élégance Animale from the Lalique Noir Premier Collection, praised as one of the most animalic fragrances in its category. She typically works on ten to twenty perfumes at once and favors nutmeg and the green chypre accord.
