Patchouli Patch by L'Artisan Parfumeur was launched in 2002 and is a woody-oriental fragrance created by perfumers Bertrand Duchaufour and Evelyne Boulanger. The composition opens with the earthy warmth of patchouli, balanced by aromatic spices like caraway and star anise, creating a tension between the grounding qualities of the base notes and the spicy, aromatic top notes. As it settles, osmanthus and iris add a subtle floral touch, while sandalwood, vetiver, and cedar provide a rich, woody foundation that reads as both powdery and earthy.

Application Tips
Patchouli Patch is best applied close to skin for its grounding warmth. The aromatic top notes fade within an hour but allow the rich base notes to develop fully over time. It’s ideal for cooler weather, where its earthy and spicy elements shine without becoming too heavy.
