Rain on Oak by Scents of Wood was launched in 2023 and crafted by the esteemed perfumer Paul Guerlain. This woody aquatic fragrance opens with a marine accord that evokes the freshness of rain on leaves, followed by the powdery warmth of iris and rose. The composition settles into a rich base of musky amber and woody notes, creating an atmosphere that feels both earthy and comforting. It is neither overtly sweet nor overpowering, striking a balance between crispness and depth.
