Launched in 2012 by Rania J, Rose Ishtar is a fragrance that captures the essence of lasting elegance. Created by perfumer Rania Jouaneh, this Oriental Floral composition opens with the bright zest of cassis and bergamot before diving into the heart-stopping beauty of Damask rose and Bulgarian rose. The base notes of patchouli, musk, heliotrope, sandalwood, and vanilla provide a warm, powdery embrace that lingers long after the initial floral burst.

Rania Jouaneh was born in Jordan, the great-granddaughter of a Middle Eastern spice trader, and moved with her family through Morocco before settling in France. After working in business management and tourism, she trained in perfumery at Cinquième Sens in Paris in her late thirties, gaining recognition for her fragrance Ambre Loup in 2012 and going on to found the niche brand Rania J.
