Launched in 2014 and crafted by perfumer Thierry Wasser, Royal Extrait by Guerlain is a rich blend of Oriental floral notes that evoke the elegance and sophistication for which the house has long been known. The composition opens with petitgrain and pink pepper, creating an initial freshness that soon gives way to a heart of orange blossom, hyacinth, and cedar. This leads into a base of galbanum, moss, vetiver, and a luxurious blend of amber, powdery accords, iris, white florals, tuberose, rose, vanilla, and fruity notes. Royal Extrait is a modern interpretation of Guerlain's heritage, blending rare materials with innovative techniques to create a scent that feels both lasting and contemporary.
