Respected, if divisive — a fresh spicy, aromatic composition with a white floral undertone. Voted best for spring wear — and genuinely unisex.

Launched in 2023 by Robert Piguet and crafted by perfumer Hamid Merati-Kashani, Rue du Cirque is a fresh spicy aromatic that captures the vibrant energy of a bustling city street. The fragrance opens with the bright zest of bergamot and nutmeg, creating an initial burst of freshness and warmth. This gives way to the delicate floral notes of lily of the valley and jasmine, which are underscored by the herbal complexity of geranium. As Rue du Cirque settles into its base notes of white amber, musk, and Haitian vetiver, it transforms into a warm, enveloping presence that feels both modern and lasting.
