Sacred Wood by By Kilian, launched in 2014 and crafted by Calice Becker, is a complex Oriental Woody fragrance that blends powdery warmth with spicy aromatics. The composition opens with ambrette and carrot seeds, adding an earthy depth before transitioning into the heart notes of pink pepper, sandalwood, and milk. This creates a distinctive tension between the sweet and the woody. The base notes, featuring amyris, copahu balm, elemi, caraway, atlas cedar, mysore sandalwood, incense, myrrh, tolu balsam, and amber, anchor the scent with rich, enveloping warmth.
