Sapphire Blue by The House of Oud was launched in 2022 and crafted by perfumer Cristian Calabro, blending an aromatic opening with a warm, powdery heart that transitions seamlessly into a musky base. The fragrance begins with the freshness of West Indian Bay and mandarin orange, giving way to the floral notes of jasmine and orchid. These florals are then enveloped in the richness of vanilla and tonka bean, creating a comforting warmth that lingers on the skin.

Cristian Calabrò, an Italian independent perfumer, began his career in 2003 at Cerizza SpA as a 'massista' in the R&D laboratory under the mentorship of master perfumer Maurizio Cerizza. He later worked at GRC Parfum SpA and then CFF (Creative Flavours & Fragrances SpA), where meeting Andrea Casotti opened new creative doors; his collaborations include The House of Oud, Anima Mundi, and Bois 1920.
