Savoy Steam, launched in 2017 by Penhaligon's and crafted by perfumer Juliette Karagueuzoglou, is a fragrance built on the tension between freshness and warmth. The composition opens with eucalyptus, rosemary, pink pepper, and mint — notes that create an invigorating aromatic quality. As it settles into its heart of bergamot, lemon, rose, tea, geranium, and hedione, the scent shifts to a more balanced interplay between floral and green notes. The base layers of cardamom, white musk, vanilla, incense, and benzoin bring warmth and depth, grounding the overall composition in an earthy, slightly spicy finish.
