Launched in 2023 by Rania J, Shah'ryar is a creation that balances the sweetness of caramel and plum with the depth of oud and woodsy notes. Perfumer Rania Jouaneh crafts this unisex fragrance to evoke a sophisticated warmth, where osmanthus and bergamot provide an uplifting freshness before surrendering to the rich base notes of sandalwood, cedar, and vetiver. Shah'ryar is neither overly sweet nor too heavy, offering a harmonious blend that feels both comforting and elegant.

Rania Jouaneh was born in Jordan, the great-granddaughter of a Middle Eastern spice trader, and moved with her family through Morocco before settling in France. After working in business management and tourism, she trained in perfumery at Cinquième Sens in Paris in her late thirties, gaining recognition for her fragrance Ambre Loup in 2012 and going on to found the niche brand Rania J.
