Launched in 2014 and crafted by perfumer Thierry Wasser, Shalimar Souffle de Parfum is a captivating Oriental Floral fragrance that embodies the luxurious legacy of Guerlain. The composition opens with a vibrant burst of citrus notes from lemon, bergamot, and mandarin orange before transitioning to the lush white floral accords of orange blossom and jasmine sambac. This delicate balance gives way to an enveloping base of Indian vanilla, Tahitian vanilla, musk, and powdery sweetness, creating a warm and comforting embrace.
