The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2017 by Stéphane Humbert Lucas, Lufu is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance that blends the warmth of amber and vanilla with smoky oud and powdery notes. The opening burst of yuzu and hibiscus gives way to a rich heart of cherry blossom, strawberry, and peony, all anchored by a base of tonka bean and saffron. This composition creates a distinctive tension between freshness and depth, making it both invigorating and enveloping.
Apply Lufu generously to pulse points for maximum impact. The smoky oud base takes time to bloom, so it's worth waiting at least an hour before heading out. This fragrance is best enjoyed close to skin rather than diffused in a room.
